  2. Prepare 300 g of Boneless Chicken.

  11. Prepare 6-7 of BBQ sticks.
  12. Prepare 1 of tomato (large cubes cut).
  13. It's 1 of onion (large cubes cut).
  14. Prepare 2 of capsicum (large cubes cut).
  15. You need of Oil 2 tbsp for frying.
  16. You need of For garlic rice.
  17. Prepare 250 g of rice.
  18. It's 1 pinch of Yellow colour (powder).
  19. It's 4 tbsp of Oil.
  20. Prepare 1 tbsp of Salt.
  21. You need of Garlic cloves 2(chopped).
  22. It's of Capsicum 1(small cut).
  23. You need of Chinese carrot 1(small cut).

Shish Taouk with Garlic Rice instructions

  1. First take boneless chicken and cut in big cubes. Add to a bowl and apply lemon juice. Set side for 30 mins..
  2. After this add all spices, cream,oil and yougurt. Mix well. And keep aside for 1 hour..
  3. To boil rice add water to a dixy and let it boil. Then add soaked rice, yellow colour, 1 tbsp oil and salt..
  4. After the rice are done 3/4.. remove water and let them cool and dry..
  5. After this take BBQ sticks and apply chicken and vegetables on it and place in pan with heated oil 2 tbsp. Let them cool until chicken gets golden brown..
  6. On other hand.. take a dixy and add oil 2 tbsp then add chopped garlic and carrots and saute for 2-3 mins. Then add all rice, capsicum and black pepper according to taste. And mix well until some colour changes of rice..
  7. Shish Taouk and garlic rice are ready to serve with chilli sauce.
