  3. Add chopped tomatoes and fry for about 3 to 4 minutes add tomato paste and fry for another 4 minutes.
  4. Add in veggies, spices, seasoning,salt to taste, fried beef, soy sauce and allow to seemer for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add half a cup of coconut milk and bring to a boil.
  6. Add in couscous and stir till evenly distributed.
  7. Cover with foil and allow to cook on low heat till water is completely absorbed.
  8. Turn off heat stir and serve as preferred.
